Fitzroy Community Hospice is seeking a capable and grounded Business Manager to help drive the ongoing operational and financial strength of our organisation, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional end‐of‐life care and bereavement support services from our 12‐bed licensed and accredited healthcare facility in Rockhampton.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the business and operational functions that keep FCH running smoothly and sustainably.
This includes leadership across finance, HR, procurement, risk, asset management, and administration — ensuring strong systems are maintained, improved, and aligned with best practice.
You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to support strategic decision‐making and ensure our clinical teams are fully supported to focus on care delivery.
