We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chefto join our passionate and skilled kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about pizza and can thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst delivering food of the highest standard.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our talented Executive Chef and our dedicated kitchen team. The successful candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience, contribute to maintaining high culinary standards during busy service periods, and develop their career across all aspects of the venue's operations.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a chef with the following skills and attributes:
* 2-3 years' experience in restaurants, pubs or hotels
* A genuine passion for food and experience across all kitchen sections
* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
* Knowledge and experience using a wood-fired oven
* Confident with dough stretching
* Reliable, punctual and available for late night shifts
* Strong attention to detail, well -presented and high standards of cleanliness — you will be working in an open kitchen
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
* A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
