About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Systems Administrator
to join the
People, Safety & Governance – Business Resilience
team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Governance, Risk & Compliance system (OMNIA, powered by Protecht). You will ensure the system supports compliance, audit, and risk processes across the business, while providing technical support, user training, and reporting insights that drive better governance and resilience outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, maintain, and improve the organisation's GRC system, ensuring optimal functionality and data integrity.
Manage user access, permissions, and technical troubleshooting across multiple business units.
Support compliance, audit, and risk management processes through effective data management and reporting.
Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and communications to improve system usage and understanding.
Generate and distribute reports and dashboards to support decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Digital teams to identify and implement system enhancements and improvements.
Requirements
Experience in risk management, compliance, auditing, or quality-based disciplines.
Strong technical proficiency with GRC management systems (ideally Protecht).
Understanding of data management, reporting, and system administration.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach.
Tertiary qualifications in business, risk, law, commerce, or a related field.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; exposure to JavaScript or InetSoft is highly regarded.
