**About You**
You are self-motivated and can take ownership of project tasks, see the bigger picture, motivate others and deliver successful outcomes. You have excellent stakeholder management experience and have the ability to work in both Operational and Project Teams. Further to this, you can manage the Executive audience and their expectations. Your previous experience within a Service Delivery team, change practitioner position or relevant release experience, along with demonstrated understanding of a Hospital environment will see you thrive working in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment. The short summary on this is that we are looking for someone with solid or partially developed junior Project Management skills to operate in an exciting role to frame up Projects and manage business change.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the ITSM Service Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for continuous improvement and the management of business change affecting the services both within ICT as a stakeholder and taking outside accountability within the broader Fiona Stanley Hospital organisation. Additionally, you will be pivotal in the development of variation quotes to enable all ICT Project work to be initiated at FSH. Given, this is a primary source of cash flow to the organisation, it is a pivotal role and you will need an excellent Service Delivery understanding to suceed. You will ensure all ITSM/ITIL best practice is in place for the ICT service, and you will see yourself working both operationally and framing up Projects to enable them to be be progressed by our Project delivery team.
This role may require you to participate in an on-call roster during managed and scheduled changes or incidents.

- ITIL Certifications of ITIL4 Foundation at a minimum
- Excellent stakeholder management and strong customer facing skills and ability to liaise with clinical personal
- Ultimately you manage our ICT Pipeline and you need well versed Executive and coal face engagement capacity.
- Ability to produce reports, data and recommendations which are evidence-based, clearly argued and concise, and provide a sound basis for decision making
- Ability to prioritise your time between operational and project work
