We are looking for a reliable and hard-working General Garden Maintenance Labourer to support our Garden Maintenance team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, takes direction well and wants to be part of a professional team delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
As a General Garden Maintenance Labourer at Byron Bay Ranga, you will:
* Support the Horticulturist and leadership team in daily garden and property maintenance tasks.
* Assist with mowing, whipper snipping, edging, hedging and general garden upkeep.
* Carry out mulching, weeding, planting assistance and basic soil preparation.
* Help with loading and unloading tools, plants and materials.
* Maintain cleanliness of job sites, vehicles and equipment.
* Assist with irrigation checks and general property care tasks as directed.
* Follow instructions carefully to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
* Uphold company standards when working on high-end client properties.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you will have:
* Experience in landscaping, gardening, construction or general labouring (preferred but not essential).
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
* Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks throughout the day.
* Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
* A current driver’s licence and ability to travel to worksites in the Northern Rivers.
* Professional attitude and reliability.
* Work rights in Australia

Pay: $32.31 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
