Our client, a forward-thinking real estate agency, is looking for a superstar Receptionist/Admin to keep the office running like clockwork. This role supports both the sales and property management teams while delivering excellent service and ensuring smooth operations.
Responsibilities
Support the sales team with listings, agency agreements, and daily admin tasks
Assist the property management team with invoicing, payments, tenant/owner communications, and compliance processes
Coordinate marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media, and property updates
Maintain accurate records and systems to streamline office operations
Be the go-to person for internal teams, clients, and tenants, ensuring professional communication
Contribute to general office administration and process improvement initiatives
About you
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple priorities across sales, PM, and marketing
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management systems, emails, portals, spreadsheets, and social media
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Customer-service focused, enjoying interactions with clients, tenants, and colleagues
Previous real estate or property administration experience is a bonus, but not essential
