About YOU
* Ideally 2+ years’ experience as a Clinical Manager or similar role in a large aged care environment
* Strong, up‑to‑date clinical knowledge and assessment skills
* Natural leadership with a collaborative approach
* Understanding of funding and accreditation processes
* Knowledge of Care Planning
* Genuine empathy and compassion
* Excellent communication skills
* Commitment to continuous improvement
* Ability to consider whole‑person care (physical, social, emotional)
* Strong time‑management and tech‑savvy
* Sharp clinical judgment and problem‑solving ability
* National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
* RN Qualification with current, unrestricted AHPRA Registration

As a Clinical Manager, you will:

* Ensure compliance with accreditation and funding requirements
