About The Role
The Multimedia Content Advisor leads the creation and delivery of high-quality multimedia content across digital and owned channels. You will plan, produce and publish content that builds understanding, trust and engagement with the Tasmanian community and key stakeholders. Working closely with communications and marketing colleagues, you will translate complex technical and project information into accessible, audience-focused visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and produce multimedia content including video, photography and graphics.
* Translate complex information into clear visual stories.
* Publish and optimise content across websites and digital channels.
* Support campaigns, public relations and major initiatives.
* Maintain digital asset libraries and content calendars.
* Ensure content meets brand, accessibility and quality standards.

About You
You are a hands-on multimedia professional who enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories. You are comfortable working across video, photography and digital content, and take pride in producing work that is accurate, accessible and on brand. You work well with others, manage your time effectively and stay calm when deadlines are tight. You are curious, open to feedback and motivated by work that has real purpose and community impact.
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in media production, digital media, communications or similar.
* Experience producing end to end multimedia content.
* Experience managing digital channels such as websites or social media.
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
* Strong planning skills and ability to meet deadlines.
