Role Description
This is a part-time role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, located on-site in Albury, NSW. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering systems, and offering help desk support. The candidate will also maintain and support enterprise communication and data network systems for the organization.
Responsibilities
* Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops, and tablets (Windows 10/11)
* Manage in-person walk-up support at the tech hub
* Troubleshoot AV setups in meeting rooms
* Work with Azure AD and Intune (MDM)
* Support Microsoft 365, Adobe, and other enterprise tools
* Maintain and support enterprise communication and data networking systems
Qualifications
* 2+ years of IT support experience
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Autopilot & Intune
* Experience in Windows 10 & 11 upgrades and asset management
* Experience with technical support and troubleshooting
* Proficiency in information technology and system administration
* Skills in help desk support and customer interaction
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Prior experience in enterprise communication and data networking is a plus
* Relevant certifications in IT support or system administration are advantageous
