Key Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement proactive maintenance planning and scheduling systems for both Mechanical and Electrical assets.
* Design preventative maintenance schedules for all equipment on site, ensuring optimal asset performance and operational efficiency.
* Create and manage asset registers, job plans, bill of materials, and maintenance procedures to support effective maintenance operations.
* Schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance windows and ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
* Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related field).
* Proven experience in maintenance planning within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of maintenance practices and asset management principles.
* SAP PM experience or strong knowledge of preventative maintenance systems.
