About you:
In your new role you will……
* Apply professional judgement and problem solving to manage a complex caseload, adapting routine clinical practice based on valid and reliable evidence.
* Demonstrate highly developed communication skills with patients, their families and other internal and external stakeholders.
* Provide high level clinical advice regarding service delivery and complex discharge planning on a regular basis and with infrequent need for supervision.
About your opportunity:
In this position you will…..
* Provide direct clinical supervision, training and guidance to the Allied Health Assistant workforce, and provide Clinical education as needed to undergraduate Occupational Therapy students.
* Support individual development plan (IDP) processes of less experienced staff, as directed by the Director of Occupational Therapy, including identifying continuing professional development training needs to ensure safe and effective delivery of core Occupational Therapy services.
