Lead factory-based modular building projects, guiding teams to deliver quality, safe work on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of trades and contractors to meet targets and KPIs.
* Supervise multiple builds at different stages, ensuring timelines, quality and budget are met.
* Plan and schedule labor, materials and resources to maintain workflow.
* Oversee daily quality and safety checks and complete required documentation.
* Coordinate with schedulers and other departments to avoid delays.
* Conduct QA inspections prior to dispatch.
* Monitor contractor performance and provide feedback.
* Identify issues early and drive continuous improvement.
What you'll bring
* Experience in the building or construction industry, with modular construction experience highly regarded.
* Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.
* Proven capability to interpret drawings and understand project sequencing.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams confidently and maintain a proactive, safety‐focused approach.
* Effective communication skills and confidence working autonomously while managing competing priorities.
* Solid problem‐solving abilities and a commitment to delivering quality work the first time.
* Competent computer skills across Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Trade qualification or 5+ years' experience in the trade.
* White Card essential.
* Forklift licence desirable.
