The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptional CRM & Digital Marketing Specialist to lead digital marketing campaigns and manage the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program. Your focus will be on optimizing customer lifecycle journeys, personalisation, and segmentation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Digital Marketing & CRM Manager in developing and executing CRM strategies, including managing the DECJUBA Insider loyalty program.
Enhance customer engagement through optimized flows and targeted segmentation for relevant communication.
Develop loyalty strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Manage the DECJUBA Insider calendar, including promotions, gifting, and events.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including web, email, social media, and CRM, to increase brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
About You
Strong understanding of brand and fashion marketing trends.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM, preferably in omnichannel retail.
Knowledge of automation tools and customer segmentation strategies.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
Proactive, solutions-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communicator with stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to translate data into marketing strategies.
Proficiency in email marketing, segmentation, and analytics tools.
