**Marketing Automation Specialist**
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build, manage and own the technical execution of automated and tactical campaigns with fit-for-purpose workflow builds
- Test rendering, help troubleshoot technical issues related to templates, monitor campaign activity, and contribute to our test
and learn strategy
- Point-of-contact for campaign planning, collecting campaign briefs, journey flows and turnaround times with business
stakeholders
- Actively manage concurrent tests within the governance framework to ensure sanctity of results
- Work collaboratively with internal/external teams to produce best practice integrated engagement campaigns addressing all
lifecycle stages
- Lead the implementation of best practices, fostering process efficiencies in both campaign planning and execution phases
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in client or customer engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software and engagement analytics tools.
