About The Role
As a Support Worker at Aruma, you'll empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose. Working across home, community, and supported accommodation settings, you'll provide tailored support that promotes independence, inclusion, and personal growth. From daily living assistance to helping build social connections, your work will make a meaningful difference. It will be guided by individual goals and delivered in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality support services to customers with disabilities.
* Assist clients in daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development.
* Promote community integration and support clients in accessing social and recreational activities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised support plans.
* Encourage independence and empower clients to achieve their personal goals.
* Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities.
