Job Coach Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Job Coach to join our team in Roma, QLD. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finding people employment and be able to work collaboratively within the team to deliver excellent employment outcomes.
About the Role
As a Job Coach, you will have the responsibility of shaping the future for individuals looking for sustainable employment through the Workforce Australia contract. You will interact with clients across all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely with the team to deliver quality employment outcomes. Available as 1 x full-time or 2 x part-time positions, depending on candidate preference.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of tailored employment pathway plans
* Support job seekers to develop confidence and build their skills to re-enter the workforce
* Adhere to government contractual requirements within a quality & compliance framework
* Post placement support of job seekers and employers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Work with employers to manage employer vacancies
Requirements
Prior experience within the Employment Services Industry is highly desirable. Transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing or Customer Service industry are also highly valued. A resilient attitude with the ability to adapt is essential for this role.
