About the role:
We are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team and be instrumental in the growth and support of our graduate and student OT's
* This role will have an extensive focus on professional development and career mapping.
* We would like you to be well versed in completing functional assessments and tailoring best practice interventions
* You will be proficient in the use of psychometric screening tools such as the PEDI-CAT, Vineland - 3, WHODAS etc
* We are looking for highly motivated OT that thrives on working independently, has the drive to help and grow a team
* You must have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends
* You will be a leader in your field when it comes to providing a client centric and evidence based service
* You will be able to assist with building on the training resources that already exist within the business
* The role will require you to lead and mentor staff across multiple areas of practice
* You will provide pivotal input for the development business processes for future occupational therapists and allied health professionals
To be successful:
* Bachelor or Masters of Occupational Therapy
* NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
* A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
* Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
* Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
* AHPRA Registration
* Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
