**About the position**
Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) is embarking on a once in a lifetime generational change due to the investment in new infrastructure such as Melbourne Tunnel Project (MTP) and Melbourne Airport Rail (MAR), resulting in a growing network and the opportunity to deliver year on year innovative transport solutions for the city of Melbourne.
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to step into the Talent Acquisition Advisor role to support the efficient and effective end to end recruitment solutions for volume recruitment positions. As the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will also:
- Partner with the team to manage advertising campaigns including writing, posting and maintaining job advertisements
- Support with the overall recruitment process across multiple roles
- Manage recruitment administration duties such as pre-employment checks, reference checks, contract generation and on-boarding
This position reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Passenger Experience and Operations.

**About You**
You will be a highly effective communicator (both written and oral) with proven experience in providing coordination and administration support to a busy Talent Acquisition Team within a dynamic operating environment or similar:
- High attention to detail and the ability and desire to adhere to protocols and process
- Previous experience using an internal applicant tracking system
- Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise to best effect
