The role
Hy-Tec currently has an opportunity for a Heavy Vehicle Driver to join our fleet of Agitator Drivers on a permanent full-time basis. Based out of our Rosehill site, you will load and deliver pre-mixed concrete to our customer sites. If you are seeking an opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive team, where your contribution will be valued, then this is the job for you. In this position you will meet a diverse group of customers and no two days will be the same. As an Agitator Driver you will ensure that customer orders are delivered safely, effectively and efficiently.
If you already have a heavy vehicle licence, we can offer training in all facets of being an Agitator Driver and pre-mixed concrete delivery, providing a great opportunity to gain specialised driving experience in a secure and growing industry. This opportunity will suit you if you are focused on delivering excellent customer service and are committed to health and safety, while being flexible, approachable and proud of doing a good job.
This role is located in Rosehill, NSW.
Responsibilities
* Deliver concrete to clients' sites
* Manage concrete slump tolerance levels and the discharge of concrete
* Complete basic documentation
* Develop positive customer relationships
* Maintain the truck in a clean and tidy condition
What you will need to succeed
* Current HR driver's licence and ability to provide licence history check
* Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently
* Reliable team player with a customer service focus
* Concrete or construction industry experience highly regarded
