About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team, based in Adelaide.
The role will play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing team and various stakeholders.
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the organisation of relevant marketing materials and communications whilst supporting the growth, marketing and communications strategy through undertaking general support activities.
The key responsibilities will include:
Managing the marketing calendar and ensuring deadlines are met
Coordinating and distributing marketing materials, collateral and reports
Providing support in planning and delivering Hood Sweeney's digital awareness initiatives, including social media platforms and campaigns, website content and digital advertising
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as designers, venues, and suppliers
Maintaining and updating the marketing database, mailing lists and the organisation's websites, as well as overseeing photo libraries, logos, brand identity kits and marketing collateral
Assisting with budgeting and invoicing and performing other administrative tasks as required
In conjunction with the Marketing Manager, execute the marketing campaigns including tracking performance metrics
Using analytics tools to monitor campaign success and prepare reports for stakeholders
About you
Ideally, you will have 2-3 years' experience in a professional marketing environment, along with Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
You will be familiar with Microsoft Office and the Adobe Suite and have experience in social media and digital marketing; including content creation and contributing to the delivery of engaging content for social media, blogs and promotional materials.
Key to this role is exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and build relationships.
You should possess a positive and proactive approach to work and show exemplary attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Working competently and positively within a small team is a must.
While this role is offered on a full-time basis, we are open to considering a part-time arrangement for the right person.
