The Role
Step into a pivotal position where you'll serve as the key link connecting sales, logistics, warehousing, and customer service operations.
Your focus will be coordinating pre-delivery activities to ensure seamless workflows and exceptional customer experiences from order to handover.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all pre-delivery coordination processes
Act as the central point of contact between multiple departments
Ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-delivery tasks
Maintain clear communication channels across sales, logistics, and warehouse teams
Monitor workflow efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement
Provide outstanding support to both internal teams and customers
Resolve issues proactively to maintain smooth operations
Experience & Skills
Background in coordination, logistics, administration, or automotive industry (highly valued)
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
