**About the role**
Are you a dynamic HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the workplace? Activ is seeking a People and Culture Advisor with case management experience to play a vital role in supporting our mission. As a part of the Business Partnering team, you will help us empower our leaders to effectively manage and lead their teams, contributing to the achievement of our organisational objectives.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and engaging. You'll**:
- Work with the People & Culture Business Partnering team to support managers and employees with performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct timely investigations into grievance, misconduct, and performance matters, ensuring cases are managed to completion.
- Build strong relationships within Activ to enhance the efficiency of the P&C BP team.
- Prepare cyclical business reporting requirements, including KPIs, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Provide advice and support to staff and stakeholders on people queries and requests while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, Awards, contracts, and Agreements with support from the P&C BP team.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and facilitating P&C policies, procedures, and practices.
- Prepare relevant documentation to support the efficient delivery of activities by the BP team, such as letters, presentations, reports, and workshop materials.
- Assist with the smooth coordination between Business Partners, Payroll and relevant departments to foster clear communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated on changes to employment legislation and obligations that may impact Activ.
- Lead and/or assist in adhoc People and Culture projects as required.
- National Police Clearance and/or NDIS worker screening check.
