What You'll Be Doing :
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar
Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team
Ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
Monitor budgets labour costs and drive revenue opportunities
Collaborate with kitchen and hotel teams for smooth service delivery
Uphold compliance with health safety and liquor licensing requirements
Qualifications :
Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management
Strong leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and hands-on approach to service
Solid understanding of stock control rostering and service standards
Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate
Passion for hospitality and a genuine focus on guest satisfaction
