We're looking for a Site Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our Service business, meeting our customers' needs with a professional experience every time.

As a Site Coordinator, you'll be coordinating our service operations ensuring the right technician is in the right place at the right time. Working closely with Service Technicians and customers; you will manage scheduling and monitor progress to ensure everything keeps running seamlessly.

What You'll Do
* Coordinate and maintain the daily schedules of Maintenance Technicians
* Ensure customer commitments are met, contacting customers to confirm appointments, communicate changes, and gather required information
* Manage planned and unplanned tasks such as maintenance, repairs, inspections, callouts, and urgent cases
* Order parts and consumable items as required
* Monitor work order progress and take proactive action when priorities change
* Collaborate with Technicians and internal teams to support efficient field operations
* Handle more complex customer service cases requiring additional detail
* Look for opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
What You Bring
* Experience in customer service or scheduling/coordination roles
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to multi-task and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
* Confidence in making decisions and problem-solving on the spot
* Salesforce/SAP experience preferred
* Mechanically minded with the ability to understand how equipment and systems operate
