They are looking for a Client Service Manager / Adviser Assistant to join their office in South Sydney with a parking spot available. This role will work with strategy and the top performing financial adviser. You will have exposure to managing the off-shore paraplanning team and their workload.
**The Role**:
- Timely and accurate implementation of all advice documents
- Prepare Client Portfolio Reviews
- Generate and distribute SMSF investment strategy documents to clients
- Execution of share trades via broker and wrap platforms
- Develop and maintain client relationships ensuring client queries are answered
- Processing new client packs including conducting analysis on client's superannuation/investments
- Detailed understanding of client portfolio to deliver a detailed response
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Complete adhoc tasks and work on best practice strategies
**Skills & Experience**:
- Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry
- Financial Planning related degree
- Hold 2+ years experience as an Adviser Assistant
- Experience with Financial Planning software; XPLAN
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship management skills
