We already successfully operate Emily Taylor Bar and Kitchen with our small Bar “Gimlet”, The Hougoumont Hotel, The Warders Hotel and New Haus Hotel as well as our microbrewery Calamity Rod and in September we are set to open our newest venues – Garde Hotel and Anglesea Restaurant.
We're currently recruiting dedicated and reliable casual staff to join our growing team across a range of hospitality roles.

Available Positions
Deliver exceptional service in our vibrant dining and bar environments.
Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our boutique hotel and historic cottages.
Duties include room servicing, linen changes, and upkeep of guest areas to a high standard.
- Support Garde Hotel & Warders Cottages operations during overnight hours with tasks such as assisting with late check-ins, light cleaning of public areas, and providing general guest assistance.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays
- RSA certification (for food & beverage roles)
- Food Safety certification (for food & beverage roles)
- Full Australian working rights
