As the Survey Manager, you will lead a team of 6 surveyors, ensuring precise and efficient surveying activities for the successful completion of the project.
**Duties**:
- Manage and lead a team of six surveyors on a large road bypass project.
- Utilize and oversee the use of surveying software, including 12d, 12d Field, and Synergy, for data collection and analysis.
- Demonstrate expertise in the operation and maintenance of surveying equipment, specifically Leica or Trimble Total Station and GPS systems.
- Implement efficient data management practices for survey data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align surveying activities with project objectives.
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain the highest standards of survey data accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing survey teams on large infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in surveying software, including 12d, 12d Field, and Synergy.
- Hands-on experience with Leica or Trimble Total Station and GPS equipment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent data management capabilities for survey data.
