The role of a Pre Departure Services Consultant is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our passengers' tours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all documentation and procedures required for our passengers' upcoming journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Issuing Passenger Documentation
* Packing Merchandise
* Moving Stock
* Ad Hoc Administration
* Taking Payments
* Inbound and Outbound Phone Calls
* Collecting Personal Data
* Assisting Reservations Team with Queries
* Assisting Travel Agents with Queries (Email and Phone Calls)
Requirements:
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Understanding of the travel industry and systems is desirable
* Excellent attention to detail is a must
* Willingness to learn and aid other departments
* Ability to multitask and manage various tasks simultaneously
* Enjoy working in a supportive team environment
