WesTrac are looking for a **Credit Supervisor** to join our team based in South Guildford.
Reporting to the Credit Manager, the **Credit** **Supervisor** will be accountable for delivering on financial targets relating to DSO, aged debt profile and doubtful debt. They will be responsible for managing, training and developing a team of four Credit Officers', delivering on month end reporting, supporting timely and accurate risk assessment, supporting the review and approval of machine sale activities and directly managing a segment of the debtors ledger.
**To be successful the following is required**:
- A minimum of 3 years' working in a Senior credit officer role with experience conducting credit risk assessments
- Experience in managing own level of DOA in line with corporate policy to ensure compliance and mitigation of risk
- Demonstrated experience in training and developing team to achieve targets
- Experience in leading continuous improvement
- The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills (including financial statements)
- Understanding and compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the experience to influence outcomes
- Excellent communication with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Excellent organisation skill, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
