About the Role
* Leading construction, infrastructure, or maintenance programs across remote Homelands
* Managing teams of tradespeople, handymen, and apprentices
* Coordinating grant-funded projects
* Planning, budgeting, and identifying cost efficiencies
* Supporting logistics, procurement, and fleet/asset use
* Collaborating across departments and community stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you'll have a trade qualification and experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar service delivery. You'll also need strong leadership skills, the ability to adapt to remote conditions, and a commitment to cultural awareness and humility.
