The Senior Chef De Partie will play a key role in leading daily operations in a stylish atrium restaurant known for its premium dry-aged cuts, locally inspired dishes, and relaxed yet refined atmosphere.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensuring consistent high-quality food production across all hotel kitchens.
* Preparing and presenting a variety of dishes including sauces, soups, hot meals, pantry items, and specialty menu offerings with proper garnishing.
* Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, including correct storage practices and a clean, safe working environment.
* Monitoring inventory and requisitioning supplies in line with hotel policies to support efficient kitchen operations.
* Demonstrating strong product and recipe knowledge, staying up to date with menu items and maintaining WH&S compliance.
* Fostering teamwork and professionalism, maintaining grooming standards and positive relationships with service team members.
