* Develop key deliverables for clients
* Identify and mitigate client risks
* Analyse and evaluate company financials
* Lead engagement teams and foster collaboration within diverse groups
* Serve as primary point of contact for clients
* Report directly to Directors and Partners
* Support business development initiatives
* Collaborate with EY-Parthenon division and other EY teams
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team that assists clients in achieving their strategic objectives through acquisitions and divestments. Our scope encompasses a broad range of operational aspects in transactions, including value creation, synergy assessments, separation readiness, operational due diligence, and integration or separation support.
Key attributes for success include:
* 3+ years of experience
* Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
* Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering high-quality reports and presentations
* Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
* Driven, yet possessing high emotional intelligence
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Transaction or organisational transformation experience is advantageous
