Position: Loader Operator (Full Time)
We are seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. This hands-on role is essential in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of bulk materials including sand, soils, mulch, aggregates, and more.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. You'll operate front-end loaders to move, load, and prepare bulk material orders and Bulka Bags and loading customer vehicles & company trucks.
Hours of Work:
* Full Time, Monday–Friday
* Saturday work as required

Key Responsibilities
* Safely and efficiently operate front-end loaders to handle and load bulk materials
* Load and unload customer, company, and supplier trucks
* Prepare and organise bulk orders, including Bulka Bags
* Maintain yard safety, organisation, and housekeeping standards
* Support with general yard duties as required, including forklift operation and vehicle loading/unloading

About You
We're looking for a motivated and safety-focused individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team.
Must Have:
* Minimum 2 years' proven experience operating a front-end loader
* Current Forklift License
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Strong safety awareness
Desirable:
* Knowledge of building and landscape materials
* Mechanically minded
* Strong communication skills
* A reliable team player who can also work independently when required
