Roster: 5 days on, 2 days off (10 hours each day plus 30 minute break)
Reporting to: the Workshop Supervisor. The role offers the opportunity to enhance your skills in powertrain overhauls, machine dismantling and rebuilds, undercarriage repairs, and radiator repairs within an all-in-one branch.
About Flexi Parts & Mining Services specialise in powertrain overhauls, machine dismantling and rebuilds, radiator overhauling services, and undercarriage repairs. We provide ongoing support to WesTrac and our customers, ensuring high-quality service and longevity of heavy mining equipment.

What You'll Do
* Complete rebuilds and overhauls on Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment and non-Caterpillar machinery.
* Complete machine dismantling, undercarriage repairs and radiator repairs.
* Strictly adhere to WesTrac's safety protocols, including PPE usage and hazard reporting.
Skills & Experience
* Australian recognised Heavy Mobile Plant Trade Certificate.
* Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
* Good understanding of service reporting and service literature.
* Heavy equipment product knowledge, with component change-out and overhaul experience (Desirable).
* Strong alignment with WesTrac's SPARC values: Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect, and Customer.
* Experience in completing rebuilds and overhauls on Caterpillar and non-Caterpillar heavy earthmoving equipment.
