Front Office – Team Lead – Purity Dental (Mulgrave, VIC)

At Purity Dental, we believe every great smile begins with a positive experience. We're looking for a friendly, organised, and compassionate Front Office – Team Lead to guide our front-office team and ensure every patient feels welcome and supported from the moment they arrive.
About the Role
You'll be the face of our practice — greeting patients, managing appointments, and creating a calm, caring environment. You'll also support and mentor our reception team, helping them deliver the highest level of patient service. Working closely with our dentists and clinical staff, you'll help ensure each visit runs smoothly and feels personal. As a senior role, you will also be involved in management meetings and business development.
About You
You're warm, professional, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. You bring positivity and attention to detail to everything you do and work efficiently when given multiple tasks.
Experience in dental or medical reception
Excellent communication and people skills including conflict management
Impeccable telephone skills and communication
Confidence managing appointments and front-office operations
Proven staff management capabilities
A compassionate, patient-first and team mindset

Quick learner
Dental experience or prior reception/administrative/clerical experience required
Dental 4 Web knowledge is ideal but not a prerequisite
You are the first and last person each patient who visits our practice will encounter, so your role is an integral part of our success.
