We are looking for a confident and passionate Part‐Time Retail Sales Assistant to support our new Armadale store. This role involves a combination of luxury client service and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver an elevated client experience aligned with A-ESQUE's brand ethos and service standards.
* Oversee daily store and sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
* Cultivate and expand the client database through thoughtful, personalised engagement and follow‐up.
* Maintain in‐store presentation, whilst supporting and executing brand marketing initiatives.
* Manage online sales operations, including order processing and dispatch, with precision and care.
* Represent A-ESQUE with unwavering professionalism, discretion, and integrity at all times.
About You:
* Demonstrated experience in customer facing retail roles within a premium or luxury brand environment.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational capabilities, with a polished and professional manner.
* CRM experience and understanding.
* Proven background in Visual Merchandising.
* Strong proficiency in Shopify and Microsoft Office, supporting efficient and accurate operations.
* A genuine passion for fashion, accessories, and the luxury retail landscape.
* Holder of a valid Driver Licence.
Preferred:
* Background in fashion, design or art.
* Experience in a luxury fashion retail environment.
