Main Responsibilities
* Managing laboratory operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and workflow.
* Coordinating prototype manufacture and internal/external product testing.
* Maintaining ISO and NATA requirements.
* Overseeing calibration, test registers, and compliance reporting.
* Liaising with external testing facilities.
* Leading a team of technicians and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Expanding laboratory capabilities to support future product development.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
* 10+ years' experience managing testing or prototyping facilities.
* Proven experience maintaining ISO and NATA accreditations.
* Strong understanding of Australian and international product standards.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and analytical skills.
* Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
