Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities, from maintenance and repairs to compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership: Manage site operational teams, coordinate technical third-party service providers, lead project management for small to mid-size site initiatives, and drive operational priorities with efficiency and diligence.
* Client & Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients through regular updates and formal reporting, deliver exceptional customer service to building tenants, including meeting attendance and issue resolution, and represent the company professionally in all stakeholder interactions.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with statutory authorities, implement sound engineering practices, manage certification processes, prepare annual Fire Safety Statements, oversee Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety requirements, including contractor inductions and risk management plans, and proactively implement actions from audit programs.
* Maintenance & Risk Management: Coordinate effective management of all property services and maintenance works, conduct periodic building and plant inspections to determine repair priorities, manage specialist contractors ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, maintain property due diligence programs and essential services initiatives, and procure materials and replacement parts to minimize tenant disruption.
* Management: Collaborate on annual operations and capital works budgets, monitor and update budgets quarterly, contribute to client and corporate reporting for operational aspects.

Requirements:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Proactive approach to tenant service and issue resolution.
* Team collaboration and leadership capabilities.
* Experience in commercial property management or facilities management.
* Understanding of compliance requirements and safety regulations.
