Occupational Therapist

Western Sydney

You'll receive structured support for graduates, including opportunities within 360 GO, while working in a team committed to making a meaningful impact in the community.
About The Role
* Manage a caseload tailored to your clinical interests, whether that's mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
* Enjoy the flexibility in setting your own appointments, working from home and joining the friendly Sydney team in the Alexandria or Silverwater office.
* Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
* Work collaboratively with our passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and positive behaviour support practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact.
* Use your clinical skills to motivate and empower clients to reach their goals; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.

About You
* You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and hold or have applied for AHPRA registration.
* You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
* Whether you're just starting your career or have years of experience, we welcome applicants with an interest in community, private, or acute settings.
* You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence.
* You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
