A well-established commercial builder in the Brisbane market, known for delivering premium, design-focused developments across the Greater Brisbane region, is seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator. Join a team managing exciting commercial builds valued up to $200M, with strong systems, procurement, and contract management processes. You will be working on standout projects where attention to detail, strong systems, and precise contract management make all the difference.
Your Role
* Manage subcontractor contracts, variations, and progress claims
* Coordinate procurement and supplier negotiations
* Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts
* Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project delivery
* Support Project Managers with all commercial and contractual matters
About You
* 3+ years' experience in commercial construction contracts administration
* Strong knowledge of subcontract management, procurement, and cost control
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Relevant construction, QS, or project management qualifications
