Whatyou'lldo:
Lead the delivery of comprehensive tax compliance, planning, and advisory services for private businesses, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies including succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring to support their business growth and wealth preservation.
Manage client relationships through proactive communication,identifyingopportunities foradditionalservices, and guiding clients through ATO reviews or audits.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to their professional development.
Whatwe'relooking for:
Proven experience inprivate businesstax compliance and advisory, with strong knowledge of tax legislation and regulatory requirements.
Ability to analyse complex financial and tax issues, providing clear, strategic advice to clients across multiple industries.
Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships andidentifyopportunities to add value.
Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities, seeking support when needed and delegated whereappropriate.
