The Role:
* Manage a small portfolio
* Build rapport with landlords & tenants to ensure smooth running of the portfolio
* Assist the new managements with onboarding / introduction to the service that this office is well known for
* Conduct Entry & Exit inspections
* Maintenance management
* Dispute resolution
The Candidate:
* Previous Property Management experience - ideally 1+ years required
* Car and driver's license required
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Current QLD Real Estate Certificate
