As my client embarks on a Data Transformation program, they seek an experienced and skilled behavioural Change Manager to join them at this critical phase of the transformation.
The complexity with this program is not the technical nature of it, they have subject matter experts. What is critical is that their stakeholder group is engaged with the change, excited about the potential and understands the benefits of the new offering these changes present to them.
If you are a people first Change Manager with demonstrated behavioural change experience, this might be the opportunity for you. Perhaps you are PCI accredited or follow a Human Centred Approach, both would be advantageous.
Bringing your prior experience driving behaviour change along with some key examples of how you drive adoption, resistance management, selling benefits and superior stakeholder management skills will put you in good stead for this role. We require a level of seniority that brings credibility, exceptional communication skills and prior experience that has seen you work through complex change and make an impact.
This role will be quite tactile, with in person meetings and building relationships at the forefront, hence the office time required.
