**The Role**:
- Prospecting for sales leads
- Database entry and management
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and contractors
- Conducting open homes and private Buyer inspections
- Attending Appraisals and Listing Appointments
- Client care & buyer follow up
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers etc.
- Negotiate sales
- Prepare marketing material, ad and editorial writing
- Marketing monitoring
- Holding and attending Auctions
**Skills & Experience**:
- ACT full Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- A proven track record and results as a Real Estate Sales Agent or Associate
- Ability to work autonomously, self motivate and manage your own diary
