Role Overview:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant, leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in ensuring seamless daily operations and effective running of shifts.
* Support and lead the FOH team to consistently deliver outstanding service.
* Oversee stock levels, restocking, and ordering by collaborating with the procurement team.
* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving concerns or feedback professionally.
* Maintain a positive and motivated team environment through on-the-job training and support.
* Ensure venue presentation and cleanliness meet company standards.
* Prepare and serve coffee to a high standard.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum one year of experience as a Restaurant Manager.
* Skilled in coffee preparation – barista experience essential.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Well-organised and dependable, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Available to work on a rotating roster from Tuesday-Sunday.
* Police Clearance required for successful applicant.
