Work with a well-established builder on the Gold Coast in this exciting opportunity as a Contracts Administrator.
Job Description:
As a key member of the team, you will work on large-scale multi-residential developments valued at up to $150M. You will be responsible for the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules. Additionally, you will work closely with the procurement team, engage with all internal project stakeholders, and assist with progress claims and external variations.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing subcontracts, managing and tracking project expenditure, including subcontractor claims, and administering RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator on commercial or multi-residential projects
* Experience working on projects valued at least $50M
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
* Experience managing subcontractors, including programming, supervision, and contracts administration
* Strong negotiation skills to manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring budgets, quality, safety, and schedule requirements are met
