ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you a skilled and proactive maintenance professional ready to make a meaningful impact? Wodonga TAFE is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of both preventative and reactive maintenance services across our campuses.
This pivotal role ensures our facilities are safe, functional, and aligned with our asset management strategy, WHS obligations, and sustainability goals. If you're passionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement, we want to hear from you
Selected Duties:
* Coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations for timely and effective service delivery.
* Manage service requests and ensure resolution.
* Undertake hands-on maintenance activities and support field operations.
* Ensure compliance with Essential Safety Measures (ESM), WHS, and building regulations.
* Support budgeting, procurement, and lifecycle costing forecasts.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience

* Relevant trade qualification or equivalent, with significant experience in facilities maintenance or asset management.
* Strong technical knowledge and administrative skills to manage complex maintenance operations.
* Sound understanding of statutory and compliance obligations in a facilities context.
* Proficiency in CMMS platforms and procurement systems, with the ability to train others.
* Desirable Post-trade qualification, diploma, or formal training in facilities management or related discipline.
* Desirable Experience in preventative maintenance strategy development and infrastructure planning.
