Opportunity
* Permanent part-time: 3 days per week, minimum 18 hours per week. Additional hours up to full-time are negotiable.

The Administration Assistant will handle a wide range of administrative and business support tasks, capable of working independently with minimal supervision to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and safety across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as first point of contact: reception, intercom responses, and directing phone calls.
* Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
* Manage office supplies, printing, filing, and mail collection.
* Handle email correspondence and general administrative tasks for the Construction and Engineering teams.
* Coordinate staff training, accommodation, and travel.
* Assist with staff onboarding, off-boarding, employee documentation, and internal communications.
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (basic bookkeeping experience preferred).
* Coordinate staff functions and company events; arrange meeting rooms and catering as needed.
* Record meeting minutes and provide follow-up actions.
* Support senior management as required.
* Purchase office and business supplies.
* Perform ad hoc administrative duties and errands as needed.
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
* Basic bookkeeping experience is preferred.
* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment prefered
* Must have the right to work in Australia
Desirable Qualifications
* Experience in a construction, engineering, or professional services environment.
* Experience with booking travel and coordinating training/events.
