Incident Management Role Summary
The Victoria State Emergency Service is a volunteer-based emergency service focused on building resilience in communities. As the largest road rescue network in Australia, specialist teams provide a 24/7 response to road accidents and trauma incidents.
This role links with volunteers, staff, and Senior operational members to enhance IM service delivery and increase IM capability and capacity.
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our Incident Management team. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve IM service delivery
* Fostering strong relationships with volunteers, staff, and operational members
* Providing guidance and support to ensure effective IM processes
