This position is a temp to perm role responsible for supporting executive and governance functions, preparing board papers, coordinating meetings, and managing internal communications. You will also oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure a consistent on-site presence, and assist with donor and member engagement and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare board and committee papers, minutes, and actions using BoardEffect
Coordinate executive and governance meetings
Manage office logistics, supplies, and shared spaces
Support internal communications and staff engagement activities
Maintain donor and member records and support related communications and events
Schedule meetings for the CEO and executive team with internal and external stakeholders
About You
Experience in executive support and governance administration
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Experience using CRM systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working on-site and supporting a collaborative office environment
Desirable
Familiarity with BoardEffect or similar platforms
Experience in event coordination or donor engagement
